Returns & Refunds

• Due to the handcrafted and personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kalebbarnes00@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product so we can make it right.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
